Application Procedures
Please Note -THERE ARE 2 APPLICATIONS REQUIRED:
Both an Application to the University and an Application to the Department
1. Students interested in the Masters Program must apply to the University via the Admissions Office and complete a State University graduate admissions application.
2. The department has a separate application form which must be printed out and completed and then returned to the department.
In addition to the applications, the following is also required:
- A copy of your official transcripts denoting bachelors degree awarded and any other coursework completed
- Letter summarizing your interests in the program
- Two recommendation forms completed by persons with knowledge of your academic performance (print out 2 copies of the document) to accompany letters.

February 1st is the yearly deadline to submit your application for consideration for Fall
