Applications Procedures

On Thursday, June 12, 2008, the FIU Board of Trustees approved the budget reduction plan. This plan includes phasing out of the following programs:
   BS in Health Sciences
   BS in Health Information Management
   Post-Professional MS in Athletic Training
Therefore, there will be no new admissions to these listed programs as of June 2008. For more information about the Budget Reduction Plan, please click here.

Coding Certificate Program
Students must be admitted to the Coding Certificate Program by the Health Information Management Program Director (or designated coordinator), who will also act as their faculty advisor.
