Tuition & Costs


The following table summarizes the in-state and out-of-state tuition costs for FIU’s undergraduate nursing programs for the current academic year. Other fees and costs such as, but not limited to, housing, meals, books, parking, athletic and health fees, photo IDs, etc. are not included in the calculations.

Nursing BSN Program
The estimated costs factoring tuition, lab fees, athletic fees, health fees, parking, photo ID and other program fees for the Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) Generic degree program is $16,100 for resident (In-State) students and $46,600 for non-resident (Out-Of-State) students.  All costs are estimated and subject to change.

Nursing RN-BSN Program
The estimated costs factoring tuition, lab fees, athletic fees, health fees, parking, photo ID and other program fees for the Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN)-RN to BSN degree program is $9,000 for resident (In-State) students and $21,400 for non-resident (Out-Of-State) students.  All costs are estimated and subject to change.

Nursing FEP
The estimated costs factoring tuition, lab fees, athletic fees, health fees, parking, photo ID and other program fees for the Accelerated Combined Bachelor of Science in Nursing/Master of Science in Nursing (BSN/MSN FEP) degree program is $41,000 for resident (In-State) students and $90,800 for non-resident (Out-Of-State) students.  The BSN portion is estimated at $14,100 for resident (In-State) students and $40,200 for non-resident (Out-Of-State) students, and the MSN portion is estimated at $26,900 for resident (In-State) students and $50,600 for non-resident (Out-Of-State) students.  All costs are estimated and subject to change.

Veterans BSN Program
The estimated costs factoring tuition, lab fees, athletic fees, health fees, parking, photo ID and other program fees for the Veteran’s Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) degree program is $12,000 for resident (In-State) students and $34,700 for non-resident (Out-Of-State) students. All costs are estimated and subject to change.

Accelerated Option (A.O.) BSN Program
The estimated costs factoring tuition, lab fees, athletic fees, health fees, parking, photo ID and other program fees for the Accelerated Option (A.O.) Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) degree program is $12,800 for resident (In-State) students and $37,200 for non-resident (Out-Of-State) students. All costs are estimated and subject to change.
