Applying for admission to the DPT program for the Fall 2010 Class will be via Physical Therapist Centralized Application Service (PTCAS) at the below address.

Please note this is our first year using the PTCAS system.
At this time the applicant ONLY needs to complete the PTCAS application. A supplemental application will be online in the near future including a. $30 university fee. If we need additional information, you will be contacted via email at your PTCAS email address. The link to supplemental online form will also be emailed, if needed. Please monitor your email; it is our preferred method of communication.
