Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN)

The NWCNHS has secured additional funds to address the urgent need for highly qualified nurses. These funds are being used to support an additional admission cycle for the Traditional BSN program. We are now admitting students in the fall and spring.

A Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) degree is the foundation for every nursing professional and the catalyst to progress your career from caregiver to manager to unit leader and beyond.

FIU Nursing’s Traditional BSN program at the Nicole Wertheim College of Nursing & Health Sciences is a full-time, upper level program comprised of didactic coursework and clinical practice enriched with simulation education activities in our S.T.A.R. Center and opportunities for interdisciplinary collaborations.

Students are admitted into the Traditional BSN program twice a year in the Spring and Fall semesters.

Classes for the Traditional BSN program are held at the Modesto A. Maidique Campus (MMC).
