NWCNHS Clinical Doctoral Hooding Ceremony

The Hooding Ceremony is a prestigious event that recognizes the accomplishments of those graduating with doctoral degrees. It symbolizes the passing of the torch from one generation of practitioners to the next and marks the transition from student to professional. The hood, an emblem of the graduate’s degree and honors, represents both academic achievement and the individual's readiness to enter their chosen clinical field. This ceremony also underscores the values of compassion, professionalism, and responsibility, reminding graduates of their duty to serve patients with integrity and empathy.
