FIU Grad School - Supplement

Applying for admission to the FIU Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) program begins via the Physical Therapist Centralized Application Service (PTCAS) portal. 

PTCAS must receive all information by the application deadline. We encourage you to APPLY EARLY.

Applicants must then complete the online FIU Graduate School Supplemental Application form. You will need your PTCAS ID number to proceed with the FIU Graduate School application.

IMPORTANT:

• If we require additional information or wish to schedule an interview, we will contact you via email at the address you provided in the PTCAS system. Please monitor your email, as it is our preferred method of communication.
