Julie Moyer Knowles, EdD, DPT, ATC, CVRS

Julie is a physical therapist, athletic trainer, vocational rehab specialist, and educator. As the owner of Southern Delaware Physical Therapy and co-owner of Professional SportsCare & Rehab, Julie was part of the original formation of PIVOT Physical Therapy. She also formed and currently operates Knowles Enterprises, LLC a healthcare and property management corporation. Besides clinical services, Julie was a member of the United States Olympic Games medical staff, the United States Olympic Sports Medicine Committee, and the National Federation of High Schools Athletic Associations Sports Medicine Advisory Committee. Dr Knowles has spoken and published globally on various sports medicine related topics. Currently she teaches as the University of Delaware, Thomas Jefferson University, and is Vice Chair of the Delaware Interscholastic Athletic Association.
