Tickets
Each student will receive 6 tickets. Students are to retrieve their tickets from their respective Program Coordinators. Guests are to arrive at the ceremony with tickets in person and submit them to the ticket registration desk.
Guest Parking
We encourage students to carpool with their guests to avoid paying for parking. Please reference the map below for parking locations. MMC Map: Please see the MMC map below noting the location of the WPAC building. Guests should enter through 107th Ave and SW 16th Street entrance and park in either lot 4 or PG2.
Stollers
We highly encourage that strollers be left in the vehicles. Please do not leave any valuables in the strollers, as FIU NWCNHS will not be held responsible for any lost items.

WPAC Concert Hall Seating
Concert Hall doors will open at 1:30 p.m. Guests are encouraged to arrive with their whole party as seating will be provided on a first-come-first-served basis. The "holding" of seats is not permitted. Each row must be filled entirely, and no empty seats will be allowed. Members of your party who arrive separately will be seated separately.
Start of Ceremony
The Hooding Ceremony will promptly begin at 2:30 p.m. with the Processional. Guests that arrive at that time, or just before 1:30 p.m., will be asked to momentarily step aside. Upon the conclusion of the Processional, all guests will be able to check in and be seated in the Concert Hall.
