Students, please ensure to write your full name and PID prior to casting your vote. Votes that are cast without Full Names and PIDs will not be considered.

By casting your vote, you are selecting a graduating senior who you feel will be most likely to elevate the nursing profession and/or achieve great things as a nurse and serve as a role model for nurses beyond the local community.

The nominated faculty member shows a commitment to the profession, the college, and the institution; as well as demonstrates:

1. Active involvement in university, college and professional services.
2. Excellence in teaching and clinical practice.
3. Dedication to the undergraduate department, the nursing profession, and the university
4. and is a contributor who goes above and beyond the call of duty within the nursing profession and holds a lasting imprint in all aspects of academia and students' professional development.

By casting your vote you are selecting a graduating senior who you believe exemplifies nursing academic and clinical excellence, advocacy, leadership and potential for healthcare innovation nationally. Names of nominees have been omitted to ensure that votes are casted based on whether or not nominee's meet the evaluation criteria below:

The Nightingale Award recipient should be a well-rounded and successful member of his or her campus and community who has exemplified leadership in promoting quality healthcare to others. The student should excel in each of the following areas:
