Jeff G. Konin

Dr. Jeff G. Konin is a Clinical Professor at Florida International University, in Miami, Florida. He has been a leading clinician, educator, and scholar for over 30 years. He is a frequent invited speaker on the topic of cannabis including Medica Medicine & Sports Medicine in Dusseldorf, Germany; the United States Cannabis Conference & Expo in Miami, Florida; the Cannabis Science Conference in Portland, Oregon; the American Congress of Rehabilitation Medicine in Chicago, Illinois; the Florida Medical Cannabis Conference and Exhibition, the Florida Industrial Hemp Conference, the American Cannabis Nurses Association Conference, and the American College of Sports Medicine. Dr. Konin has presented on the topic of cannabis to the Professional Hockey Athletic Trainers’ Association (PHATS), and to affiliations with Major League Soccer (MLS), Major League Baseball (MLB), the National Football League (NFL), and the National Basketball Association (NBA) clubs in addition to Division I, II & II Colleges and Universities. He has been a member of the American Medical Marijuana Physicians Association, the American Cannabis Nurses Association, and the Society of Cannabis Clinicians and holds industry credentials as a Certified CBD Consultant, Certified Flavonoid Specialist, and an Accredited Terpene Specialist. Dr. Konin serves as Chair of the NATA Cannabis Task Force.

As a licensed and certified athletic trainer and licensed physical therapist, Dr. Konin is the author of over 25 academic textbooks and has delivered hundreds of professional presentations throughout the World.

He is a recognized Fellow of the American College of Sports Medicine (ACSM) and the National Athletic Trainers’ Association (NATA), and a member of the NATA’s Hall of Fame. Dr. Konin has secured over $13 Million in grant and gift funding to support his overall initiatives.
