Tuition & Aid

The following is an estimate for costs associated with the Doctor of Athletic Training degree.

Professional Tuition Costs

Tuition for each credit hour is inclusive of programmatic fees, and has been set at $700.00 per credit hour for In-State, Out-of-State, and International students.  The total cost of tuition for the DAT is $33,600.00.

Textbook costs are  not included and are selected with careful consideration toward the student’s overall expenses.

Each student is required to take part in an on-campus residence at FIU’s main campus in Miami, Florida that currently is scheduled during the month of July. This stay is 5 days in length.  Local hotel rates have been favorably negotiated for FIU students, and the majority of meals are provided by the program during the residency week.  Miami International airport is located just 11 miles from campus and has frequent flights to anywhere in the continental United States and most major International cities.
