I did an online program at FIU Nursing, and that was very convenient for me. I was able to work while studying, and it gave me more time with my family. I was most grateful for the professors at FIU Nursing. The support they provided through the curriculum was amazing. They always answered my questions, and their response time was great. After I got my degree from FIU in 2020, I applied for graduate school in 2021 and started my graduate program that same year. I did so many different things in my nursing career, and I saw that there was a need for support for nurses; therefore, I started my own healthcare staffing company. I wanted to make a difference with an agency that supports those who are supporting our community. We provide hospitals and nursing homes with healthcare clinicians while they're having shortages.
