My sister went to FIU Nursing before I did. The best part of FIU Nursing was the lifetime friends I made while being there. FIU Nursing was close to where I lived - I am from Miami, Florida, where the school I located. Being at FIU Nursing prepared me for adulthood. It was multicultural, and I learned a lot about public health services. After graduating from FIU Nursing, I went into the Air Force for almost five years.
