I was a foreign physician, and I found out about an accelerated nursing program offered at FIU Nursing. The professors and the instructors were helpful, and they offered a lot of support. I completed my bachelor's in nursing, and I also had the opportunity to work on my master's at the same time. I truly enjoyed my journey at FIU Nursing. I liked the flexibility of the college because I was working while I was going to school. I didn't have any problems attending my classes or fulfilling my curriculum. Completing the program helped me to land my first job as a nurse practitioner at Boca Pediatric Group. My degree meant a lot to me - it meant success and opportunity.
