FIU Nursing had a competitive program. It was also one of the most affordable bachelor's programs in South Florida. FIU had good clinical sites, and the professors were outstanding. The culture was family and team-oriented. I was heavily involved at the university. I was the class president, and I got to know the administration work and events that the school held for the community.
