Jocelyn Pretell, MD

Prior to going to FIU, I instructed foreign-educated physicians on how to take the United States Medical Licensing Examination. I found out that FIU had a program for foreign-educated physicians to become nurse practitioners. My experience with FIU is one that I will never forget. It was an excellent school. FIU was the reason I became a nurse anesthetist. The professors were great. Three of my children have gone through FIU. I feel so proud to have graduated from FIU. It made me stronger and more confident.
