Marilyn Schafer Trager

FIU Nursing offered a bachelor of science degree for nurses to graduate in a three-year program. I formed the Alumni Association for FIU Nursing and became the second president of the organization. I spent a year on the board of trustees. I gathered a lot of information. My husband was a generous man and donated money to FIU Nursing. I made the first presentation for the Alumni Association with my graduating class. It has been a whirlwind watching the development, dinners, and ceremonies. It was a very good beginning.
