I made the decision to come to Miami, Florida, to enroll in FIU Nursing for my master's degree because I knew that nursing was for me. I had to meet the advisors, and they were very realistic - they gave me great advice as to how I could meet my goals. They were so helpful and inspiring, and they told me to always keep a positive attitude. I did the best I could and studied as much as I could to reach my goals at FIU Nursing. I graduated with my master's degree, and I went back to graduate with my doctoral degree as well. All of the professors genuinely cared about my well-being and wanted me to do well. I always felt welcome and very supported because of how accommodating the professors were.
