I went into the program they had for foreign-educated physicians. I already had a master's degree in public health, so it was a good option for me to integrate into the United States healthcare system. My experience was great, notably the teaching staff, the fellow students, and the resources that they had. I had very memorable professors, and they were all amazing. The toughest course I took was the fundamentals of nursing, it was a major shift compared to where I came from. I was exposed to a lot of cultural variety, which helped me become more sensitive to certain things, and gave me the ability to work successfully with different types of people.
