FIU Nursing had a very diverse culture, and I really enjoyed that. The college gave all of the students an equal opportunity to succeed. The relationships I formed were very important to me. I was able to have a real college experience, as I lived in a dormitory. FIU Nursing gave me more skills, and I learned how to manage my time better. My clinical professor always maintained a very positive attitude. She made us feel comfortable being nursing students within the hospital system. When I was at FIU Nursing, I received a lot of scholarships. This affected my life in a positive way, as I didn't have a lot of debt. I currently work at a hospital as a bedside floor nurse.
